Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given if a written cancellation is received seven business days prior to the event start date. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to or submitted through the etouches registration system. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due will receive a cancellation invoice for the full registration amount due, and the cancelling party shall be responsible for the full amount.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Please allow 30 days following the conference for all refund processing.

Hotel Room Reservations

All hotel room reservations must be made separately from the conference and are not to be included in the conference registration fee. All Summit group rates are available at The Cosmopolitan Hotel, on a limited basis, to registered Summit attendees. All attendees are responsible for booking and cancelling their own lodging accommodations.
