Most recently, he served as a Senior Policy Advisor to Nevada Senator Dean Heller, where he was instrumental in the 2015 extension of clean energy tax incentives, the enactment of policies that promote innovation in the automotive industry, and reforms to regulatory policies that impede domestic resource deployment. He got his start in D.C. serving as a policy and communications advisor to home state Congressman Michael Turner (OH-10) shortly after he received his B.A. in Political Science and History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
