Mr. Connolly joined Global Remediation Services in January 2017. He has worked in the remediation industries since joining TMC Services, Inc. in May 2005. Since that time he has progressively move up the ladder within TMC, (dba TMC Environmental), EnPro Services and lastly National Response Corporation, NRC, as Abatement Division Manager, to Senior Project Manager, and lastly as General Manager of the Franklin, MA Service Center managing over 30 field personnel, operational support personnel and office support personnel with annual revenues over 13million. In April, 2015 TMC merged with EnPro Services and then in April 2016 EnPro Services was purchased by NRC, an international environmental response company.

Mr. Connolly has more than 12 years of direct field experience in supervising emergency response, chemical and hazardous site cleanup activities including all phases of construction, management and supervision of multidisciplinary cleanup personnel. Mr. Connolly’s supervisory experience includes familiarity with and fulfilling OSHA requirements relative to site work, coordinating transportation and disposal of hazardous wastes, soliciting and receiving bids for services and materials, recommending the lowest qualified bidder, working with a client and/or OSC, acting as site safety officer, and report preparation.

As a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Connolly’s tenure in the USMC has provided him with extensive experience within a highly regulated industry. He has developed, coordinated, executed and briefed numerous intricate plans with direct oversight and quality assurance of regulatory compliance while meeting and exceeding project requirements.

Mr. Connolly has been managing a myriad of projects since 2005, including emergency response, asbestos, mold, and PCE/TCE/VOC/Pb soil remediation, to aboveground and underground fuel storage tank removals and replacements. Mr. Connolly schedules project resources and communicates daily with the Project Managers in order to assure project coordination and communication with clients and federal, state, and local regulators. He develops site specific emergency and remedial health and safety plans and successfully enforces proper safety compliance on all jobs and regularly conducts field employee evaluations.
