As Vice President of Clinical Operations, Laurie Anderson leads the development and implementation of Paradigm’s Systematic Care ManagementSM model and oversees the Directors of Clinical Services in clinical and financial management, to achieve optimal outcomes for the comprehensive set of trauma cases managed by Paradigm.
Laurie’s more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field encompasses work in clinical management, operations management, product development and management, healthcare technology development, sales and marketing, and team development. She has worked at all levels of catastrophic injury healthcare, including acute care, outpatient, rehabilitation, home health, skilled nursing, and home and community-based healthcare programs.
Before taking on her current role at Paradigm, Laurie served as one of the company’s Directors of Clinical Services. She has also worked as Director of Clinical Product Development for McKesson subsidiary RelayHealth, Rehabilitation Director atTherapy Management Innovations and Clinical Director for post acute brain injury program NeuroCare. As an Occupational Therapist, she worked with brain injury patients at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles.
Laurie holds a BS in occupational therapy from San Jose State University and has taken graduate-level management courses at JohnF. Kennedy University and the University of California,Berkeley. She is certified as a Chronic Care Professional (CCP) by the Health Sciences Institute.
