Liz is an Associate Partner located in Southern California. Liz leads insurance staffing and expense benchmarking engagements for clients across the insurance industry, including CEO (Core Enterprise Operations), Claims, and Information Technology benchmarking. Liz also has extensive experience leading a wide range of HR-focused projects covering an array of insurance segments and many other industries in financial services, entertainment, and technology. Her scope of work includes HR program and project management, diversity, talent engagement and inclusion, pay equity compliance and training, total rewards strategy, compensation structure design, market pricing, job analysis, career architecture/job description development, organization design and strategy, performance management, incentive design, and systemic compensation, staffing, and expense benchmarking.
Liz has an AB in Political Science and Statistics from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Southern California. Liz joined Aon Hewitt, the parent company of McLagan and Ward Group, in 1997, and became affiliated with McLagan and Ward Group in 2013. Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, she worked as an attorney advising insurance companies in employment, subrogation, and construction defect litigation.
She frequently facilitates national and local webinars and seminars on topics such as discrimination and inclusion, pay compliance, IT benchmarking, salary increase survey data, and variable pay trends.
